Our story—

Central Market started in 1974 as a family owned and operated independent grocery store in the town of Oceano, CA. For 50 years, we have remained local, independent, and family owned.

We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones.

We remain true to the original standard of service which has been handed down generation-to-generation and continue to deliver exceptional one-to-one service that the big box stores cannot.

This includes us adapting to the changing times and staying up to date with different ingredients and flavors, and passion and skill.
