We gladly accept special requests for larger cuts requiring the use of knifes, band saw, slicer, tenderizer, and grinder.

This does not include prep work (e.g. small cuts and fine dicing).

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Let us know what you need and we’ll find a way to make it work.

Please be advised: we are unable to perform most special requests once our daily turn-down and cleaning has started. Typically this is in the last two hours before closing.
